3 New features added, 4 Problems resolved

New features added:

L&A

  1. A significant enhancement in the system architecture has been done, which will allow multiple transactions of same type or different types to be applied now on the same day. Examples are: two different types of half day leaves on same date, a half day leave and OD on the same date, travel/training and OD on the same date, etc.

EIP

  1. Employee confirmation notifications have been enhanced to now allow adding field values in the messages. The notifications can now be setup in the employee confirmation section of EIP settings.
  2. Escalations and reminders have now been added for confirmation process. These allow setup of multiple reminders/alerts for various actions like recommendation and confirmation, based on hours or days before or after due date or last action date. The messages can also include relevant field values and can be setup in the employee confirmation section of EIP settings.

Problems resolved:

  1. Problems with mandatory filling of custom fields in recruitment templates have been fixed.
  2. Instructions for filling various fields have been added to non-website candidate modes also.
  3. In Travel expense summary report, the filter Expense Settled, was not working correctly. This has been fixed.
  4. A problem with calculation of leaves to be adjusted during separation in Feb month, has been fixed.

1 New feature added, 3 Problems resolved

New features added:

PMS

  1. The section weightages for calculating aggregate annual scores are now defined not just on basis of roles but roles and grades, depending on what is relevant.

Problems resolved:

  1. If a new custom field is added to a section in recruitment template, the option to disable/enable the field does not work. This has been fixed.
  2. In a candidate profile form, the next and back options were not working properly. This has been fixed.
  3. A problem with appraisal in a case where goals review frequency is half-yearly and competency review frequency is Annual, has been fixed.

Problems resolved:

  1. A problem with adding more sections in application blank templates for recruitmen, has been fixed.
  2. A problem with Education level drop down values in the candidate profile form, has been fixed.
  3. Position name was not getting displayed. This has been fixed.

5 New features added, 3 Problems resolved

New features added:

L&A

  1. Business Unit field has been added in the Leave Balance details report in Reports section.

PMS

  1. A feature is being added which will allow a user doing goal setting to not set any KPIs for a future period. This will be any period after the first period and for which the review cycle ahs not yet been initiated.

EIP

  1. Separation Reason has been added as a field in the Employee details report for employees who are separated through EIP itself.

Employee Aquisition

  1. In job description as well as position notice, the role profiling related fields can now be defined with formatting like bold, italics, underline, bullets, numbering, etc.
  2. The Listing views for Internal Job posting and Employee Referral have been better aligned with 2 rows of Position description being displayed below the position details.

Problems resolved:

  1. A problem with second level travel approval for deviations cases, has been fixed.
  2. A problem with defaulting role profile details from job description onto RFR, has been fixed.
  3. HR encashment for leave types, that are no longer applicable for the employee, were not working. This has been fixed.

6 New features added, 4 Problems resolved

New features added:

L&A

  1. Business Unit field has been added in Balances as of date report.

PMS

  1. During goal setting, now different set of KPIs can be selected, if required, for different periods of the year. This is of course only if the plan rules allow users to choose or drop KPIs on their own.
  2. During goal setting, weightages can be defined differently for different periods, for even same set of KPIs.
  3. When goals are amended or re-submitted after being returned by the appraiser, the changes made by the appraisee are now highlighted to the appraiser. The details of the changes are also displayed in the comments box.
  4. When a new employee is added to the system, system will now automatically put the employee on a PMS plan if applicable and if the cycle for that is started by HR.

Travel & Expense

  1. Travel bookers now have a facility to attach e-tickets or vouchers of hotel bookings etc in a travel request. They can even define the url of such a ticket or voucher. The appraisee will be able to download or click such tickets.

Problems resolved:

  1. A problem with RFR going to the correct person as per HR rights, has been fixed.
  2. Candidate name search option was not working for Consultant. This has been fixed.
  3. A problem with display of applications count during candidate evaluation, has been fixed.
  4. Calculation of feedback or assessment scores in Learning & Development, based on weightages was not correct. It has been fixed.
