The following are the positions that are open:
- Sales: Minimum 1 year of B2B experience preferably in IT or ITES. The candidate should have excellent written, conversational and presentation communication capabilities. The candidate should have a flair for engaging with people and developing relationships. Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing/Human Resources.
- Software Developers: Minimum 1 year of experience in Java/J2EE, DB2/My SQL. Education: B.Tech/BE/MCA, minimum first division throughout.
- Trainee Developers: Freshers with B.Tech/MCA in IT or Computer Science. Candidates should have completed 6 months of industrial training after MCA. Minimum Score first division in Graduation and Under Graduation.
- Module Leaders: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Java/J2EE technology. This is a leadership role. The candidate must have the experience of managing a team of at least 2-3 developers. The candidates should have good communication skills, team handling skills, leadership skills.
- Functional Consultant: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an IT or ITES Company. The FC takes complete ownership of the customer account and is responsible for a successful and timely implementation of the project for the customer. The work involves close working with the key HR team of the customer organisation in automation of the HR function and introduction of employee self service for HR. Education: MBA (HR) and B.Tech preferably.
