From aligning HR & business strategy to managing transformations & changes, these HR partners take care of various responsibilities and make sure that they meet their key business priorities.

• Strategic Partner: This HR business partner aligns HR & business strategies. He helps provide perspective to business changes and also evaluates the business cases for impacts. He understands business strategy that revolves around trade-offs and choices and also understands how the organization operates and generates value.


• Administrative Expert: This expert re engineers organizational processes. A person with such skills in designing organizational structures, processes and other sections helps improve productivity of the company and provide it a competitive advantage, as well.


• Employee Champion: This HR business partner listens and responds to employees and provides them with various resources. This kind of active working with candidates promotes employee engagement, develops key talent and ultimately improves productivity.
