EmployWiseTM HRIS is modular. You have the option of choosing only the modules that are needed by your company. Your HRIS as a whole will still be integrated in a single solution when you opt for other EmployWiseTM HRIS modules. As your business grows, EmployWiseTM HRIS will grow with you.
The main mandatory module is the Employee Information Portal, which is required for all organizations to host the main employee database. Depending on your business need, you can pick and choose from the following list of modules.

EmployWiseTM does not require capital expenditure, license fees, or maintainance fees. EmployWiseTM is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based HRIS, which works on a subscription based model. Much like subscribing to a magazine, we will only charge you depending on the amount of employees and the modules that you subscribe to. The one thing that we require is that client organizations have working computers with Internet connection and a browser.
In addition to a simple subscription process, our client organizations enjoy new features, improvements, and innovations as soon as they’re released (almost on a weekly basis!) without additional charges. Our user community request for features, which gets added to the development roadmap depending on the need and urgency of the request.
We support each account via a web based ticketing system which gets routed to our Customer Fulfillment team and escalated as needed as per our Service Level Agreement.Our support comes with your subscription so there are no additional costs.
