EmlpoyWise™ software is built and deployed on IBM middleware; IBM WebSphere™ application server and IBM DB2™ database server and runs off IBM e Series™ server hardware. We are an Advanced level ISV member of the IBM PartnerWorld program and a member of the IBM SaaS Specialty. Partnering with IBM gives us access to cutting-edge technology, training and skills and our customers the re-assurance of solid IBM technology backing the EmployWise™ service they use.

Cyquator Technologies IDC (Internet Data Center) is where the EmployWise™  servers are hosted. A part of the Rs.10,000 crore Essel Group Enterprise (Zee TV, Playwin, Agrani), Cyquator's IDC located at Navi Mumbai (Vashi) provides an Internet backend infrastructure to its clients consisting of servers, storage, bandwidth, alternative disaster recovery site(s) and security expertise.

Design For Use manages the usability that make EmployWise™ ERM an extremely user friendly and intuitive system. They conduct extensive user surveys to gather first hand user feedback on application usability and are a key part of our software design process. Design For Use is based out of Austin, Texas, USA and has an office in New Delhi, India.
