HR can delete an employee's account or separate an employee from EmployWise by going to employee's profile and clicking on "Separate Employee". The reason for separation of employee and other details need to be filled, post which employee's account shall get deleted from EmployWise.
The administrator of EmployWise from your Organization can assign HR permissions to you under “User Permissions” in the settings page.
On clicking "Create" Assign Roles, the name of employee can be selected from employee drop-down, and the role can be selected as HR User from role drop-down.

The password generation mail notification is mailed at employee's work/company email ID. In this case, employee's company email ID may be incorrect due to which forgot password notification has not been received.
Hence, please enter the correct work email ID of employee where the password email should be sent and then try the forgot password option once again.
In order to change the settings of your organization, you first need to go to the settings page. On the top right-hand corner of your homepage there is a "Preferences" tab (Please note that in case you cannot spot the "Preferences" tab, it is probably because you are not the Administrator for your Organization and hence shall not be able to change the settings).
Click on "Preferences" to get redirected to the settings page wherein you can make the settings and edit them as desired.

An employee's basic information and other details can be viewed and changed by clicking on "My Team" under "People" module. Enter the employee's name in the search text-box and click on "Search". The desired employee's profile gets opened, and his/her work details, contact information and other details can be viewed and edited.

The account gets blocked due to a no.of unsuccessful attempts at logging in to your account. This could happen as a result of typing the wrong username or password. The account shall automatically get unblocked in few minutes according to the password configuration in EmployWise for your system, post which you can type the correct login id and password.
In case you do not remember your password, you can try the 'forgot password' option in order to retrieve password.
