4 New Features added, 2 Problems fixed

New features added:

1. In Travel request, the advance required will by default will now be No, instead of Yes. This will make it easier for users, most of whom in our experience do not request for advance.
2. The information at each line item, whether booking is required or not will now be highlighted to the approver to enable better decision making.
3. HR users can now modify shift names by themselves, if required
4. A new Performance Dashboard has been added - a PMS progress tracker which allows HR to track the progress of a plan cycle and allows them to drill down by function, BU or location and then to specific stages

Problems fixed:

1. A problem with the interface for defining mail messages in Firefox has been fixed.
2. A problem with displaying Not Known marital status in employee profile has been fixed.
