7 New features added, 8 Problems fixed

New Features Introduced:

1. The databank search in Employee Acquisition module has been enhanced. The search can now be performed on not just Applicants to positions, but also on Unsolicited applicants, both reviewed and unreviewed, Employees and Alumni. The search will now also show the number of applicants matching each criteria, along side the criteria itself, like in Talent Finder. Various sections like Education and Past Experience have also been detailed a lot.

2. Additional fields added in Employee family report – Employee designation,Employee Date of joining, Date of birth, Family member date of birth, Dependent or not, Medical Insurance Plan,Coverage,Exclusion,employee contribution.
3. Ability to define certain tabs as not applicable for Employees, while being applicable for the organisation. This is useful when certain tabs are relevant for the organisation but is not to be shared with the employees. Such tabs are only available to HR to view and add or modify. This configuration has been added to the already available Tabs rights option in EIP section of Configuration.
4. On the current day, the calendar will now show an absence only once the user’s shift has already started. Till then, no status will be displayed.
5. In Leave views, various records of Alumni can also now be searched using the search option and Include Alumni checkbox.
6. In Travel and expense views, various records of Alumni can also now be searched using the search option and Include Alumni checkbox.
7. In Compensation and benefits views, various records of Alumni can also now be searched using the search option and Include Alumni checkbox.

Problems fixed:

1. EIP tabs rights option has display problems when viewed in Firefox browser.
2. In a rejected Recruitment request, the status and reason for rejection entered by approver is not getting displayed.
3. In Candidate assessment form, custom fields defined are not getting displayed.
4. Text wrapping problem in display of Position notice, in case of large text being entered.
5. In Mobility tab of employee profile, Till date is accepting past dates.
6. RFR setup form is not opening properly if the user, while creating the RFR approvers, has skipped some levels of approval and updated the latter ones.
7. In shift pattern setup, if same shift for all weekdays is defined, there is a display problem in menu bar.
8. Error in downloading the resume attachment attached by the applicant
