Create Approval Workflow

This section helps you in defining the  workflow for benefits approval.

Steps for Creating Approval Workflow:

1. Click Compensation in Settings Section and select "Approval Workflow"

    Compensation > Approval Workflow

   

2. Click on "Create" and select the Location, role and benefits component as shown in the screen shot:

   

For the employees with the selected location and role will have this approval workflow for the selected benefits component.

3. Select the Account approvers' Function, role and Location

   

4. Select the basis of approval and payment mode.

   

For e.g approval will be by Immediate Supervisor in the above case. The approval can be on the basis on Role or Functional Supervisors as well.

5. Click "Save"
