Define Benefits Applicability

This section helps you in defining the applicability of various benefits components that your organization offer. All the employees that falls under this benefits applicability rule gets entitled for selected component.
 
Steps for defining the Applicability:

1. Click Compensation in Settings Section and select "Benefits Applicability"

    Compensation > Benefits Applicability 

 

2. Select the benefit component and define its applicability on the basis of Business units, company, Grade level and Employee type as shown in the screen shot:

  

3. Similarly define applicability for maximum amount and enter the maximum amount as shown below:

   

    You can add new rule by clicking on "Add New" and can remove the existing rule by clicking "Remove"

4. Click "Save"
