Asset Management

This section helps you in managing assest of your organization. You can define assest categories, notifications and alerts and asset confirmation with the help of this section.

Setps:

Assest Categories

1. Click Employee portal and select "Assest Management"

   Employee Portal > Assest Management

  

2. Click "Add Another category", Enter category name. Select relavent option to make assest id, serial nymber mandatory an to be included in the assest confirmation process

3. Assign category owner and define the applicability. To have different category owners for different set of employees select "+"

  

4. Click "Save"

Notifications & Alerts

Set notifications and alerts for the listed activities under Notifications and alerts.

For Steps refer "Notifications and Alerts" section of "Employee Confirmation" section of Policies guide

Asset Confirmation

Select asset confirmation required and enter the details as shown in the screen shot
