Checking Your Profile

An employee can check his/her profile in either of the following 2 ways:

1. On the top left of your home screen click on “My Profile

2. Under People tab click on “My Profile

It provides your basic information like Employee Code, Business unit, Function, Supervisor Name, Supervisor Designation, Location, and Company E-mail.

To change any profile details like your name or photo click on edit button provided on the right. Below page will get displayed.

To change your name click on edit button on the right. Once you make the changes click on Save button

To upload your picture switch to Photo tab. Choose and upload the picture. To edit current photo click "Edit Picture" button on main profile page.

Detailed information can be accessed through following sections.

Work Section

Contact Section

Work Section: This section provides all your work related information. Click on details button provided under Work Section

Clicking on "details" link provides following information:

What is my role in the organization?

What is my Date of Joining in Work Details?

What is my Functional supervisor in the organization?

Is there any change happened in my Work Details?

What is my Job Description in the organization?

Current Details
This tab on the top provides your Date of joining,Role, Designation, Functional Supervisor, Employee Relationship Officer, Confirmation Status and more.

 

Change History
This tab on the top provides any change happened in your master field values(e.g: Change in your supervisor, role, location etc)

Follow the 2 steps below to check change history:

  1. On the top bar Click on Change History tab
  2. Select the fields whose change history you want to see and it will give you the date wise change happened in selected field.

Example: Filter is put on Role field and result shows change in role from 13 Aug to 29 Aug

Job Description
This tab on top provides your job description.Clicking on Job Description tab will give you all details about your Role profile, skills required, role qualifications, role experience.

Contact Section: To check and edit your contact information in EmployWise, click on details button provided under Contact section

Phone & Email

  1. On the top bar click on Phone & Email tab
  2. All the details about Work Email ID, Personal Email ID, Mobile Number, Office Phone number, Work Ext number will be provided
  3. To edit these details,on right side of the page click on edit button
  4. Once all the changes are made click on Save button

Work

Work tab provided on the top bar provides your company address. This is non editable field.

Home
  1. On the top bar click on Home tab
  2. Complete home address will be provided
  3. To edit these details, on the right side of the page click on edit button
  4. Once all the changes are made click on save button
