How do i nominate my team member(s) for training?

How do i check status of all the nominations?

How do i register myself for the training program i am nominated for?

Nominate for Training

You as a manager can nominate your team member(s) for the training programs conducted in the organization but there should always be a approved training need for that employee.

Follow the steps below:

1. Under Training tab click "Nominate for Training"

2. List of employees need nomination by you will be displayed. 

3. Click on the item you wants to take an action & select the training programs you want the employee to nominate for

View Nominations

An employee can view the status of nominated training programs and can also register for the nominated training. Follow the steps below:

1. Under Training tab click "View Nominations"

2. List of all the training programs will be displayed with their status

If Status is Nominated it means that manager has nominated the employee and it is pending for registration by employee 

If Status is Registered it means that employee has registered for particular training program

If Status is Confirmed it means that employee has been confirmed for the external training program he was nominated & registered for

3. Click on the item you wants to take an action
