This message indicates that employee is trying to make another request for the period where a travel Request already exist. Check My Travel Requests for the details. System will not allow the employee to place another request with the same date.

If you wish to cancel your Travel Request, you can go to “My Travel Request”, open the desired travel request and click on Modify Travel button. It will go for an approval again to the approver.
