Compensation & Benefits

1. Employee Transfer Report

Objective:

The intent of report is to give employee's transfer data record in selected date range.

This report contains below transfer records.
1. Company Transfer
2. Location Transfer
3. Function Transfer

From where HR can get this report?

1. Login as HR.
2. Go to > Compensation > Reports > Transfer Report

Payroll & Taxation

1. HR access rights for "Bulk Download Payslips"

As per discussion with lots of clients, it was very much required that HR need some permission for downloading payslip for employees in case when employee is not able to see slips using online portal or not able to access emails. When employee becomes alumni etc.

How to use this feature?
1. Login as Administrator.
2. Go to Settings > User Permissions > HR Users > Select any HR
3. Under payroll module give access of "can view payroll data".
4. Now login as HR (with access rights).
5. Go to Compensation > My Payslip
6. Click on "View Other Employee Payslip"
7. HR would be able to see individual payslip & download bulk payslip as per selection.

2. HR access rights for "Update Tax Declarations" on behalf of employee.

As per discussion with lots of clients, it was very much required that HR need some permission for defining tax declarations on behalf of employee when employee is not able to update declaration. Mostly because of this employee has to face lots of TDS deduction which they don't want to face. Hence we have introduced a feature where HR can update Tax Declarations on behalf of employee.

How to use this feature?
1. Login as Administrator.
2. Go to Settings > User Permissions > HR Users > Select any HR
3. Under payroll module give access of "can edit payroll data".
4. Now login as HR (with access rights).
5. Go to Compensation > Tax Declaration
6. Click on "View Other Employee's Declaration"
7. HR would be able to search employee by name or code & would be able to update tax declarations.
