What is included in the 30-day free trial?

You will have a fully functional account of EmployWise to use for 30 days. By default we switch on the Employee portal for you. You can activate other modules free for 30-days through 'Subscription' page.We want to make sure that you can get EmployWise working to your satisfaction before we ask you for your credit card. What's more, after your trial ends and you decide to subscribe to EmployWise, you will still get a 30-day free trial of the modules that you had not activated. 

What happens when my 30-day free trial ends?

We do not require a credit card for the trial period. When you decide to become a paying customer, you simply log into the Account Management console in EmployWise and click subscribe. We will then ask for your credit card information. If you decide not to subscribe after 30 days, you need to do nothing and your trial account will simply lapse after the trial period.

What happens if I am not sure after the 30-day trial? 

Well, we are confident you will want to subscribe but if after your 30-day trial ends, you can't decide if you want to subscribe or cancel, we will give you another 30-days to make up your mind. During this time you will be able to login to your account with limited access to the features though all your settings and data will be preserved. This way, you get another 30-day to make-up your mind and subscribe without losing any of your data. After this extra 30 days period if you have not subscribed, your account and account information will be automatically and permanently deleted.

Contracts, cancellation fees and refunds?

EmployWiseis a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. By the same count, there are also no refunds, you will be billed at the end of each month unless you cancel your subscription.

Who owns my data?

You do! It's your data after all! We want you to be with EmployWise because you love using the product, not because your data is stuck in it. You can export all your information from EmployWise any time you need.

Is my data safe?

We take data security very seriously. Your data will be safely kept on servers that are hosted in world-class data center of IBM SoftLayer protected by biometric locks and 24x7 surveillance. User access to EmployWise is role-based and we constantly keep it secure with the latest security patches. All EmployWise access is through SSL encryption to keep your data safe as it flows between your browser and our servers.

Who do you count as 'users' for billing purpose?

A User is any active employee that has an employee profile in EmployWise. For billing, we count the number of employees for each module separately. If you want to use a module for a few employees only then you can selectively subscribe to it and we will bill only for those subscribed Users. Please note that for some modules (such as Employee Portal, Leave & Attendance) all employees are counted as users. However, past employees (alumni) and job applicants (outside hiring) are not counted as users for billing purposes.

What modules are activated when I start a trial?

EmployWise is a modular system. This means that you can pick and choose any module that you want to use in your company. To start with, we activate the Employee Portal for you. Employee portal is the comprehensive employee database that stores all employee profiles. It also provides a Company Directory and allows you search talent within the organization. You can pick and choose other features and activate their free 30 day trial from the 'Subscriptions' page. 

How do I add or remove modules later?

After the trial period is over, you can enable any module and select the Users that you want subscribed to that module. Once you subscribe to a module you’ll be billed for selected Users in your next bill. Similarly, if you decide not to use any module any more, you can simply switch it off. You will not be billed for the removed modules after the current billing cycle is over.

What happens to my data if I choose not to subscribe to EmployWise?

Your data belongs to you. If you decide that you no longer want to use EmployWise you can export your data from the system. We delete your data 30-days after the trial period ends. Therefore you have 30 days after the trial to remove/download your data.

Are there any other costs?

No. There are no hidden charges. What you see is what you get.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments against credit cards online.
