To optimize efficiency and have a transparent system, your assigned SPOC can raise a support ticket using our online support ticketing system that automatically gets routed to our support resource. You will receive email notifications at every stage of the ticket resolution process, and also be able to track and view your tickets in our system. The average resolution time for 80% of tickets is 4 hours.
