Adding On Duty/Past Attendance Reasons

Using this option you can create the possible reasons that employees can use to avail On Duty and Past Attendance. The reasons created by you will then be visible to employees in a drop-down while applying OD and/or PA.

Steps for creating OD/PA reasons:

1. To create OD/PA approval setup, click Leave & Attendance in Settings section and select “OD/PA Reasons”

    Leave & Attendance > OD/PA Reasons


2. Click "Create" and select the type of reason from the dropdown i.e If is it PA or OD. And then enter the reason as shown in the screen shot below


3. Click "Save" and a reason with the same name is created.

You can add multiple reasons by repeating the above steps.

Note: You cannot edit the reason once created, you can mark it inactive.
