This guide helps you in managing Performance module. It helps you in defining the employee Goals and Capabilities as per your performance policies and helps you in setting the rules for Goals & Capability Definition and Review Cycle. For getting started to set your Performance Appraisal policies into EmployWise follow the below step:
1. Click Settings on top right hand corner of your screen
2. In Settings Section, click "Performance"

This is used for configuring below details:
3.1 GOAL & CAPABILITY LEVELS
There are 3 goal levels in the system. User can modify/deactivate the levels as Goals are measured on the basis of last level defined in the configuration.
