Define General Rules
This section helps you in defining rules for allowing claiming of expenses and travel requests.
Steps for defining rules:
1. Click on Travel & Expense in Settings Section and select "General Rules"
Travel & Expense > General Rules
2. Set the rules on the basis of days you want to allow for claiming and make requests as shown below:
Claim rule can be on the basis of
i. days past expense date or
ii. Allowing to claim for a particular month before a specified date of the next month
Travel request rule is set on the basis on travel date
3. Click "Save"
