How do i create a self training need?
How do i create training need for my team member(s)?
How do i view training needs created by me or my team member(s)?
How do i view unidentified training needs created by me or my team member(s)?
Create Training Need
Training need can be created in either of the following two ways:
1. Create Self Training Need
An employee can create a training need for self using steps below:
Under Training tab click "Create Training Need"
Below page will be displayed. Fill in all the mentioned details.
Click on Submit button
2. Create training need for team member
An employee(manager) can also create training need for his/her team member(s) using steps below:
Under Training tab click "Create Training Need"
Below page will be displayed. Fill in all the mentioned details.
Click on Submit button
View Training Need-Own & Team Members
It enables to view training needs created by you or your team member(s). Follow the steps below:
Under Training tab click "View Training Needs"
All the training needs will be displayed.
Click on the item you need to approve. Take your action either approve or reject the training need. Enter rejection reason in case of rejecting the training need
View Unidentified Training Need-Own & Team Members
It enables to view unidentified training needs created by you or your team member(s). Follow the steps below:
Under Training tab click "View Unidentified Training Needs"
All the training needs will be displayed.
Click on the item you need to approve. Take your action either approve or reject the training need. Enter rejection reason in case of rejecting the training need
