An employee can check leave balance of any of his subordinates or employees coming in the reporting hierarchy for any past date.
e.g: If employee X is the supervisor of employee Y and employee Y is the supervisor of employee Z then X can view leave balances of X, Y as well as Z for any particular date.
Follow the steps below:
1. Under Leave tab click "Balances as on date"
2. Put filters on provided fields as required.
Select Leave type
Select Leave Year
Choose date for which balance you are looking for
Click Generate Report
Report will be downloaded. Open the file to view Leave balances of selected employees on given date.
