An employee can plan his/her activity either for present or future dates using steps below:
1. Under Attendance tab click "Plan Activity"
2. Current month calendar will be displayed. Click on the date you wants to plan an activity for.
Below popup will be displayed. Select desired fields like activity date, activity time, activity type, account name, activity group, account subgroup and click Add Task.
Task will be added to the top. Similarly you can add any number of tasks to any date.
These activites will be shown as below in Calendar:
In order to simplify the process of adding activities that occur frequently you can use the option "Recurring Activity" shown below:
There may be 3 possible cases that an activity is recurring daily, weekly or monthly:
